The Stassen family has been producing artisanal cider in the Aubel valley since 1895, following an old family tradition dating back four generations. In order to guarantee its taste and quality, they only use top quality apples. You can taste the craftsmanship in every sip, a moment to share joy and friendship, and celebrate everyday life.
Stassen Brut is made from a blend of the best apple varieties and a touch of pear. This blend of different juices, fermented separately, gives rise to the exquisite sparkling cider with a pale golden hue, woody notes and a smooth finish.
CIDRE CUVÉE ROSÉ
Made from a single red apple, Stassen Cidre Cuvée Rosé has a distinctive pink hue with subtle red berry notes. To guarantee the taste, a blend of different juices fermented separately is used.
CIDRE D'ABBAYE DU VAL-DIEU
Val-Dieu Abbey's cider is the result of a brewing tradition nurtured by monks since 1216. This exquisite abbey cider, naturally and slightly cloudy is made from apples grown on ancient abbey land according to a long tradition of double fermentation. Each sip is a precious gift from the divine taste of the apple, the fine bubbles that have been resting for a long time and the ancestral know-how of the monastic traditions.
